What Might stop 1 out of 5 PC in the same network form being seen by TeamViewer?

I can map to Z130-HMI. All of them have Windows 7 on them. This one and other PC here had TeamViewer 9 on them. I was once able to TeamViewer into this PC. I get data from this PC to the PLC.

According to our article https://www.teamviewer.com/en-us/global/support/knowledge-base/teamviewer-classic/installation/supported-operating-systems-for-teamviewer-classic/ , Windows 7 supports only TeamViewer versions 11–15.54.

Regarding version 9, we also advise checking the announcement: Complimentary TeamViewer 15 access for legacy versions to be deprecated

well, that is interesting. I have been using 9 since 2016 on these. I will work on upgrading. So, to note I can access the other PC form this one but cannot access this pc form any of them. Also, I can do the switch screen once I connect with other PC and see this PC. That seems weird to me.

Thanks for your reply and the additional information!

Please know that LAN connections are still possible with version 9, but we can't guarantee the version will work in all operating systems.

Try to update the TeamViewer accordingly, and give it another try.
