To begin with, could you please check if you are signing in with your licensed TeamViewer account?
Please note that a licensed TeamViewer account is required to establish licensed remote connections as well as to submit a support ticket.
- If you have not activated a license with your TeamViewer account, please check your email inbox, including the spam folder, to locate the activation link in the purchase email in order to complete the activation process: License Activation Guides
If the issue persists after signing in with a licensed TeamViewer account, please reply to this comment with a screenshot of the error message.
Please also correct me if there is any misunderstanding.
