To begin with, could you please check if you are signing in with your licensed TeamViewer account?
Please note that a licensed TeamViewer account is required to establish licensed remote connections as well as to submit a support ticket.
If the issue persists after signing in with a licensed TeamViewer account, please reply to this comment with a screenshot of the error message.
Please also correct me if there is any misunderstanding.
