2 licenses from 1 company

Hi, my commercial account was previously managed by our local office, but then at some point, the company decided to be managed by our global office.
The local office's license has expired, but I can't join the global management because I get the error “License is already activated on another company. Please try again”
The local office's management isn't around anymore so I am unable to release myself from the local license.
Is there any solution?

    For anyone having this problem, I had to call teamviewer support and they were able to remove me from the local license and then I was able to be added to the global license easily
