My license keeps saying its a free license, but it's a payed one. How can I change this?

Please know that you must activate the TeamViewer license with your TeamViewer account to use a licensed account, and the activation procedure will differ depending on the license type.
Therefore, we kindly ask you to check first which license you or your company have and whether a license is managed by a specific team in your business environment.

Mine is saying the same thing. My company paid for an entire year, so i can tell you, this is not FREE.
