Does anyone know why when i connect to the server its now has a window popped up to enter a password. The password is on the main server computer. It's so annoying because the whole point of being remote is not having to bother the office. I have to call the office every time i log on.

Thanks for your first post and welcome to our Community!

Please know that Windows Servers generate multiple IDs. We advise setting up unattended access to the Server ID instead of the User ID, so once you connect, you can enter the desired user. If the connection is made with the User ID, the user must be logged in on the remote side for the connection to be possible.
