I'm having issues connecting to devices and the common trend seems to be that they have 10 digits.. when I connect to devices that have 9 digits then I have no issues.

We have changed the password, restarted devices but it still doesn't connect. Keeps giving a prompt 'Invalid password'.

Is anyone else experiencing this? or know of a workaround?
