System Sounds Muted After Disconnecting TeamViewer Session

With TeamViewer version 15 on Windows 10, we’ve noticed that every time a technician disconnects from a remote session, the system sounds on the remote PC are automatically muted. This causes issues for our VoIP PCs, which need to ring for incoming calls after the session ends. Is there a way to ensure the system sounds remain unmuted after disconnecting?
