Cannot get contact to any customer service
I paid a year's license fee in August and have used it for 4 months. I has been good until today 10th Dec I keep receiving a request for upgrading to business plan when I link up my computer in the office with my computer at home. When I reject the request, I cannot connect my computer at home. It is found I have not actiative with my email address [removed per Community Guidelines]. When I found the email in my inbox and clicked the activate button, it was said this email, [removed per Community Guidelines], was activated once and cannot be activated twice, and the activation failed. Now I cannot send ticket to your customer service for solving this problem and cannot connect my computer at home. Furthermore, today I tried to call phone customer service, but I am not eligible for phone customer service because my plan is the personal plan but not a company plan. What should I do?

Hi Akiho,
I appreciate your help. However, I did check this support page, and I knew the procedure. I found the activate key/button in the email as per the instructions on this page and clicked it. But the activation is invalid now. I have no license, though I paid, and cannot contact Teamviewer customer service.
Regards,
