Problem with latest update

I have just allowed TV12 to install the latest update. Now when I try to connect to a remote computer I get a large white band across the top of the window which effectively blocks out the top quarter of the screen/window. Why is this happening? My system is a Win10 Pro 64-bit. Installed version is 12.0.83369. Thanks Carl
