Problem with device migration

Hello guys,

I am trying to set up Wake on Lan for my PC and I am stuck at the migration progress of my Laptop and the PC. Every time I start the migration as in the instructions shown I receive some random errors and the migration count for my devices is 0/0.

Any idea what I can try?

  • Same issue. Cannot migrate a new device. Please help. This seems to be a very common error now, lots of people posting about it.

  • Hello everyone, I think i have a solution for this,

    I came accross this promlem today while trying to migrate also.

    What i did was:

    1- Go back in to your desktop software

    2- I switched to the OLD interface (maybe can be done with new interface also, but i havent tried)

    3- go into the UNKNOWN group, that's the PC i was trying to migrate was (in that GROUP/FOLDER)

    4- right click on that particular PC you were trying to migrate and click DELETE

    5- go back into your web brownser and refresh the migration page.

    6- You PC/Machine should now be fully migrated.
