How do i enable easy access on teamViewer Quicksupport ?

I have a free teamViewer account and I have downloaded teamViewer quicksupport on my desktop, after opening it i couldn't find easy accesss enabling option.How do i enable easy access on teamViewer Quicksupport .

Easy Access is available on TeamViewer Full client or TeamViewer Host. Can you please download the correct TeamViewer module then try again for Easy Access. For full instructions, we have prepared the Knowledge-Based article - Provide unattended remote support.
