Does anybody respond
Hi there,
I'm not really up to speed with TeamViewer so I've posted two questions.
One received the standard "rebuke - not a rebuke" from @Nadin_W and helped solve the issue, the other, far more important question is sitting with quite a few others where they have each received multiple views but not one single comment.

Hi, @.Carol.fg.
So how do free licence holders find the information they need to ensure they don't lose their status when installing TeamViewer on a new computer?
That was the question I originally posted which received a few views and zero help.
I want to turn my original WIN 10 PC, controlling headless computers on my desktop and providing help to my two children, into a slave for the new WIN11 box that will replace the WIN10 box.
Could you possibly point me in the right direction - even if it's only "post to xxxxxx forum".
Many thanks in anticipation,
C

Hi again @.Carol.fg.
It certainly gave me further insight into the application of the private user protocols and one accidentally specific mention of only being permitted to identify 10 IDs PER FORM prompts the realisation (or is that hope?) that it's possible to submit more than one form if one has more than 10 friends and kids😎.
In any event, I just charged at it, installed the full package on my new computer, successfully logged into my account and spent the best part of today connected to two slaves on my desk - without triggering any shutdowns.
Amusingly, when I responded to the email notification of your update, your system didn't like me and insisted on further verification of the new computer, new browser and probably new location. My ISP gives out new locations like Christmas presents.
Whilst it's amusing, is it conceivable that allowing me to install, register and use the new setup and then challenge my authenticity when I try to log into the community and thank you for your efforts, implies a little work may still be required in the adequate and accurate identification of sinners?
Another observation I would make is that successfully navigating the online help facility is only easily achievable if you're already an expert on what everything is called and instinctively know where to look.
I hope it's not raining too much, all the best,
TFC

You're welcome @TheFatController!
Each form can have up to 10 IDs, after the form is processed, you can submit another form with any missing ID.
If verification emails aren't working well for you, please consider setting up .
We thank you for your understanding.
