Viewing connection password while using the inherited authentication method

Hello, I have a question that is related to my business account which has Basic Tensor licence.

On my position, I am using the inherited authentication method whenever I need to connect remotely to our customer due to which I do not need a password.

One of our customers wants to know the password for one of his specific connections, but I do not know how to reveal it and send it to him / configure it newly, since I was looking in connection properties as well as in tabs on remote computer where password should be set, but I had no luck.

Does anyone has any advice regarding this issue and how I can resolve it?
