Who Needs a License?

Hello,

A third party vendor needs to remote into a desktop to transfer data from a server, to do so they use TeamViewer, they need to be able to transfer files. Do I need to pay for a team viewer license to do this? or do I just need the client, and they need the license?

Thank you for your question.

Only one side of a TeamViewer connection needs a license, so either you or your vendor needs a licensed TeamViewer account.
