Fraudulent transaction

I have a fraudulent transaction on my credit card with heading TeamViewer GmbH Goepping - That looks really legit but I never approved any transaction with Teamviewer. Its impossible to speak to anyone as i have free version. My bank has reported Fraud case with local police but need some advice please on how to check with Teamveiwer why the transaciton went off my credit card? There is no way they should even have my credit card details!
