can i remotely open apps on an iPad with this software

You can have remote connections for guidance with your iPad. It will be shown as Picture in Picture as explained here: Enhance iOS Remote Support with Visual Guidance with the use of our QuickSupport module.
Please note that, if you are a licensed user, you might need the Mobile Device Support add-on to ensure full functionality.
With this add-on; you can start broadcasting, draw annotations on the screen, share files, access device information and use the chat within the remote session. However, you cannot control the iPad directly due to Apple's security restrictions.
