i ran into difficulties i can enter my id but cant enter your password the other problem with the password it keeps changing so often if i could possibly enter it may safe a lot of trouble

You can connect with your partner via session links instead of ID/password. This way, no password is necessary - the person on the other side just needs to accept the remote connection. You can find the step-by-step here:

ok carol forget about the idea of session links thanks for your quick response. i have another suggestion i was given the link download team viwer and alongside that was support i downloaded that option support. it seemed proper when putting in the id it showed connect at the side if i download team viewer first the trouble starts with the id and password id will show timed out i think there is a problem in the region iam in. can i connect to the agent in india tomorrow with the customer support option or do i still have to connect team viewer using the app sorry carol it seems a lot of info maybe you could unravel all in a few lines short text frank
