Since updating the TeamViewer app about a week ago, I’ve been struggling to log in. The new update requires signing in via a browser. After entering my username and password and tapping "Sign In," the screen gets stuck on "Activating TeamViewer."
Occasionally, it moves to the next step—“Launching TeamViewer”—but then freezes again (still within the browser). If I click on “Use TeamViewer in your browser,” it lists my devices on the web interface, but I’m still unable to access them through the app.
Since last week, I’ve only managed to log in once. That session logged out on its own, and I haven’t been able to sign in again since.
I’ve seen similar complaints on Reddit, but no solution has been posted yet.
