I have been using the free version of TeamViewer for many years, and it has been invaluable in helping several relatives and friends with their occasional computer problems. Today, out of the blue, I began receiving a pop-up saying that I'm using TeamViewer in a commercial setting and that I must acquire a license to continue using it (see attached). A connection is then made to the remote computer, and 10-20 seconds later the session times out and a 'More Info' button sends you to the TeamViewer license purchasing page.
I have been retired for decades, and never did operate a business. How can I resolve this problem?
