Please enhance TeamViewer's support for multisession hosts such as Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD).
Currently, support workflows rely on the end-user initiating a support request from within the TeamViewer app, which is then responded to via ticket. This model is clunky and ineffective, especially in environments where RemoteApps are delivered rather than full desktops. In these cases, users often don’t even have visibility or access to the full TeamViewer interface, making it nearly impossible to get support without extra guidance or effort.
What we need is the ability for support staff to connect to the multisession host, view the list of active user sessions, and choose a session to connect to directly. This would align with how tools like RDS shadowing or Citrix Director work.
