Our company would like to work more actively with TeamViewer.
In order to implement this, we have already tried a little with authorizations for simple dial-in, i.e. without a password, on servers.
Unfortunately, it was not possible for us to bypass the password either via CMD or https://start.teamviewer.com/.
Now you could ask yourself why it's so complicated, just use the Teamviewer groups and that's a legitimate objection.
BUT...
We have a tool that we use as a password vault but can also store any connections to customers there, including TeamViewer connections.
This tool uses the command prompt to start the TeamViewer session and always requires a password without exception.
We have also tried using the URL I mentioned earlier https://start.teamviewer.com/<Teamviewer-ID> as our RMM tries to start the TeamViewer session via this.
Here, too, we reach our limits with the password despite correctly set authorizations.
To ensure the security of our customers, we do not want to assign a fixed password under any circumstances and want to automate the login to systems as much as possible in order to be able to work as effectively as possible.
