Teamviewer fails to show Teams room front display but only touch panel.

Hi, all.

How are you. We are using Teamviewer for remote access to MS Teams Room Windows (v 5.3.111 latest) machines and hadn't have any issues so far.

But all of sudden, when accessing those machines, TV doesn't show main display(s) but only touch panel.

It is not only my TV but all of my colleagues. Also other several remote machines and same.

You can see just dark for display but not touch panel.

Strangely, when in Windows admin mode, it works well as below. We can see icons but when getting back to Teams, no longer can see display(s).

So can I ask if this issue is from TV or Teams? We are using latest 15.66.5.

It is very critical for support so wish to know ASAP.

As of yesterday we are observing the same issue. The exact same desription as the one given here. Same behavior. If there is a solution please be so kind to share.

Thanks. I am waiting for TV's update. Glad to know I am not the only one.
