I am constantly getting disconnected and timed out for suspected commercial use.
I only use TeamViewer to help my grandma when she has issues with her PC because of onset neurological problems. I have set up an unattended access so I can easily access her System. Her PC is the only one in my list too.
I wrote an e-Mail to the support (I used a translator so I am sorry if this is worded weird):
Hello,
I keep getting connection timeouts, even though I only use the software to help my grandmother with problems. Her PC is the only device on my unattended access list.
The link
https://www.teamviewer.com/de/special/reset-management/
that supposedly can be used to requests a reset leads to a page where I can't log in: https://account.teamviewer.com gives me an error code when I try to log or try to create a new account.
I ask you to fix these errors, as I have no commercial use.

Their answer was:
Hello,
Thank you for your message.
How exactly is private use defined?
If you believe you have been incorrectly classified as "commercial," you are welcome to request a reset of your TeamViewer IDs via
https://www.teamviewer.com/de/special/reset-management/
Please also upload the provided document for resetting your IDs there.
Support via email, ticket, or phone is available exclusively to licensed customers.

Have a nice day.

I wasn't able to log in or even create a new account with a mail adress on https://account.teamviewer.com. I now used sign in with apple as this was my only option to even post to this forum.
How do I get this fixed? TeamViewer Support obviously won't help me as long as I am not paying.
