I work in a lab where we have a licence for TV, as we use it frequently to access the PCs for support, data transfers, etc.
The lab manager and I both have the PCs saved to our accounts for quick access. (For context, the lab manager is the one with TV admin rights).
One of the PCs is greyed out for me, and after poking around a bit, I realised the ID on my account and the PC do not match. The lab manager checked his account, and found that the ID was still correct on his. If the ID has updated on the PC, will it have automatically updated his saved ID for it as he is the admin, or is it more likely that the ID has somehow changed in my account?
(I have been having trouble accessing the other PCs in the lab, requiring multiple attempts to get in, but I don't know if that is relevant?)
