I am running TeamViewer 15

I have a business account for a single user (TeamViewer Remote Access).

I have 3 personal computers (One Desktop and 2 laptops.).

I have 2 stores each with 2 computers (4 in all)

I need to connect my 3 personal computers to each of the 4 store computers (not at the same time).

Normally, I would be connecting my Desktop Computer to the 4 store computers (one at a time, each day).

I also need to be able to Access & Communicate between my 3 personal computers.

I do not need to access my Personal Computers from the 4 Store computers.

Can I do this with One TeamViewer Single User, or must I purchase the next level up?

I do not use the conference ability only the ability to download files from my store computers to my personal computers.

I know this is very basic question but I am trying to understand how I can set this up in TeamViewer.

Any help given will be much appreciated.

I take the question as the difference between TeamViewer Remote Access and Business licenses. Both licenses can fit in your scenario for connecting from the 3 personal computers to the 4 store computers. The tricky part comes down to the remote connections between the 3 personal computers.

• TeamViewer Remote Access opens the flexibility on the support devices, which allows the supporter to start a remote connection from many devices to the selected endpoints. In your case, as long as you have enough endpoint activation with TeamViewer Remote Access, the remote connections are doable. However, the rotation on endpoint activation will need to take place.
• What about the TeamViewer Business license? It offers flexibility on the endpoints. The supporter can only start remote connections from 3 selected devices but connects to unlimited endpoints. This fits better in your use case: starting the remote connection from any of the 3 personal devices to any other personal device or the store device.
