Good morning,
I'm having a problem with TeamViewer on Windows: when I try to start a meeting, the application closes immediately without error messages.
The meeting function works correctly on iPhone with the same account.
In the log I found the error:
"errorCode": 120, "validHours": 0, "loadTimeout_msec": 0
And other messages such as "LicenseWarningRequestor::GetLicenseWarnings: no license id found" and "RequestLicenseLimit::LicenseLimitCallback: Provider returned ErrorCode 5".
I've already tried:
- Complete reinstallation
- Starting as an administrator
- Audio and driver test
- Connection from different network
Can you help me fix or verify my account/license?
