Since I switched from PC to Chromebook I have been struggling with Teamviewer. The Android Teamviewer app is just garbage and unsupported. It has a cumbersome spell-check bug that they are apparently aware of but haven't fixed, and the software is a greedy power hog. I can run **Third Party Product** for a day, Teamviewer…2.5 hours, tops.
My last option before I kick Teamviewer to the curb is to try install the Linux version on the Chromebook. I'm not an expert so I tried to ChatGpt it and although I could download and install a debian linux teamviewer it will not start up.
Has anyone done this and got it to work?
