IN oct/nov 2025 I was demoing the new v15.63 and it was incredibly slow to connect and magically they send me an invoice saying I bought something when I was just demoing (trial use) . Now they have turned an invoice to a 3rd party collection agency something is wrong with the company????? AM SERIOUSLY CONSIDERING SWITCHING TO A MORE HONEST PROVIDOR.
