If I enable Remote Task Manager, I can access remote processes and services.
This is a very good feature and should be available outside of Remote Task Manager, including using QuickSupport, because if the machine is very slow, it would be possible to see which process is consuming a lot of CPU and kill it, or even restart a service. It would also be good to have the option to restart a process.
