TeamView has become BLOATWARE!
All I need to do is to occasionally remote into a customer's computer to install a printer driver or set up a folder to receive an SMB or SAMBA transfer of a .pdf file generated in one of the MFPs we support.
I do not need or want session logs, log files, AI analysis, lists of client PCs, Chat, audio, etc. Typically we log into a customer PC just once in the life of the PC.
For our use, and our customer needs, all the extras have become a big NEGATIVE.
All I want, All I need, is to be able to send a link to TeamViewerQS in an email to a customer, or on the phone tell them what to click on on the the TeamViewer website to get QS, have them give me the info over the phone, and be able to log in.
I am paying for many features I do not need or want.
Even QS now has more complexity that we or our customer need or want (what is a 'session'?).
TeamViewer in the past was neat and clean. We became paid users because we use it commercially and it was SIMPLE for our customers to understand. I am not even asking for a lower cost. I just want LESS. We need TeamViewer Classic (fewer features, just an occasional remote connection).
