Cannot reset my password

Hello,

When I try to login in website or in the Windows app it tells me my account has been locked and I have to reset my password.

I double cheked my email address and filled form at https://login.teamviewer.com/LogOn#lost-password but I didn't receive any email 12+ hours after...

I also double checked all my emails's folders (including spam and junk forlders) and nothing...

What do I need to do to reset my password?
