Hi, example : i have corporate license buy under company name "A" and i install it in few PC at our sub company name "B" to support user there. Is it violate the Team Viewer Policy?

This would still be for "Commercial Use"
Personal use is only applicable if the software is installed by a personal user and they will not be using it for any commercial use.

Ok, then for the company "B", during the installation.. should it tick for "personal use" or "commercial use". Company "A" and "B" are different company name.
This is not a problem at all.
Our software has limitations on each license, for instance the corporate license has 3 concurrent users. So you can use these 3 concurrent users however you like.
