Allow another organization to connect

Hi

We have a requirement that an external organization can also remote a small group of our devices. I know they're also Teamviewer customers. Can they remote our machines with their own licence, or are we better to allocate a licence from our tenant?

Is there a guide on how to do this ?

To allow another organization to access a defined group of your devices in a structured and secure way, we recommend using company‑based multitenancy.

With this approach, you can:

• Grant another company controlled access to selected devices,
• Keep responsibilities clearly separated,
• And manage everything centrally.

To use multitenancy:

• The parent company (your company) needs an active Tensor license and permissions to manage multitenancy.
• The child company needs a license that supports company creation (Note: Business licenses are currently not supported for this setup).
