Team viewer host

I created a host and installed it on a remote computer manually. installation was completed successfully but I was not able to locate the new computer under device group list. then i realized on the remote computer that it was not assigned to any company .. I tried over and over and recreated the host over and over and followed all the recommendations and still no assignment is being done. it seems the assignment is not being accepted somehow but I cannot check why .. any idea

Welcome to our community, and thanks for all the details!

The easiest way to assign the Host to your company is through a custom Host link. 😄
Once it's installed, you will be prompted to allow the assignment. Click Allow and finish.

When manually installing a Host from our website, after the installation, you will need to set up your account to manage the device:

1. Open TeamViewer Host.
2. Click on Manage this device.
3. Sign in with your TeamViewer credentials.
