During a remote support session, the remote user should be able to see which files are being transferred, including file names, source/destination direction, file size, and transfer status.
Ideally, this should be configurable by policy:
- show transfer details to the remote user,
- require confirmation before each transfer or batch,
- optionally log all transferred files for audit purposes.
This would improve transparency, trust, and compliance in support scenarios, especially in managed enterprise environments.
