Hi everyone,
I’m facing an issue with multiple devices in the TeamViewer management console:
- Devices appear as offline in the console
- However:
- TeamViewer is correctly installed
- Service is running
- Devices are powered on and connected to the internet
- No sleep/hibernate state
In some cases, I can even confirm the device is reachable or online from other views.
🔍 What I’ve already checked
- TeamViewer service is running on the device
- Internet connectivity is stable
- Devices are not in sleep/standby mode
- “Hide online status” is not enabled in advanced settings
- Restarted TeamViewer client (local and remote)
- Reinstalled TeamViewer on affected devices
- Verified no firewall or AV blocking communication
📌 Observed behaviour
- Devices show as offline in the main device list
- But:
- Sometimes they show as online in detailed view
- Or become online after restarting the local TeamViewer client
- This suggests it could be a console sync issue or status display bug, not an actual connectivity problem [community....viewer.com]

- Devices incorrectly shown as offline in the console?
- Inconsistent status between views?
- Any known issues with account sync or device status refresh?
