Add refresh button to users and devices pages in the new UI

Dear TeamViewer

Please add a refresh button to pages like users and devices in the new UI of the TeamViewer full client. Let's not beat around the bush, you are using WebView… the full client is really just a web browser. It should have a refresh button, just like any other browser. Especially since I keep getting a bug where none of our users show on the users page. Saved with a refresh on the web version of TeamViewer, but there is no such refresh button on the full (WebView) client.
