Chat in IOS app?

 Hi guys,

How do I initiate a chat in the IOS app please?

I was supporting several customers today while I was out and about, but I had no way of telling them what was going on or what I was doing.

Am I missing something? Or doesn't this exist yet? Seems like it would be very useful.

If it's not there yet, is it on the product roadmap at all?
