I got a license and activated it, but showing free trial

I got a license and activated it, when i log in online under my name it says Business (the plan I got) and when i log into the application it says 7 days left on your free trial and I even signed in.

Any help would be appreciated, I need this for my business

From the sounds of it, I suspect you have not activated your device to your licence.

For more information on how to activate a business license, you can see a video of this here.

It is the second video. Please note you may need to close the TeamViewer app completely and reopen for the change to take effect.
