Immediate refund requested
I've identified in my credit card bill a purchase of Teamviewer license, but I'm a free user and don't have any license linked to my user. This payment was done through Ebanx.
Please, teamviewer team, this is the only channel that I got to reach out you, once I'm not able to open a ticket being a free user. I'm complaining an immediate refund for this terrible mistake.

If you receive an invoice from TeamViewer and you want to cancel your order, you´ll have to contact our Sales department directly.
As a license owner, you can submit a ticket here or give our Sales department a call. The Community can not cancel an order for you.
