Click doesn't work with QuickSupport for One Plus One

Does anyone have experienced any trouble with QuickSupprt for One Plus One?

Android version 6.0.1

Cyanogen OS version: 13.1.2-ZNH2KAS3P0-bacon

A blue hand appear one my phone but no click
