CC people with ServiceCamp Tickets

I'm trialing ServiceCamp. I can see how to create a ticket for an individual, however, sometimes others need to be aware of the status of a ticket. I don't see a way to CC interested parties. Does someone know how we can do this? Thanks.

    Could you please describe in more details on what actions are you doing and how you are using CC functional.
