I'm trialing ServiceCamp. I can see how to create a ticket for an individual, however, sometimes others need to be aware of the status of a ticket. I don't see a way to CC interested parties. Does someone know how we can do this? Thanks.
This feature has been added, but as of 12/19/2018 the feature does not work.
I'm contacting support directly today to see about getting this fixed ASAP as Mgmt does need notifications and even approvals on tickets which CC would be very useful for.
