I'm having to transfer about 1TB of files from our company's only Mac and was hoping to monitor it remotely. I just installed Teamviewer on the Mac, and i see it in my list of computers. When i try to connect to it, it just sits on the "connecting" screen.....
My computer: Surface Pro 3 - Windows 10 - i5 8gb Ram
Mac: iMac 5k Retina, 27-inch, Late 2015, OS X El Capitan v.10.11.6
I'm sitting at the Mac and i see the teamviewer box pop-up like i'm connected, i just can't see anything from my computer. Is it because the Mac has a higher resolution display than my Surface?
