Can't See Remote Android Screen
I initiated a TeamViewer session to help someone with an MXQ PRO+ Amlogic S905X Android TV Box. He used the TeamViewer QuickSupport app and I used TeamViewer for PC. We were able to connect but I wasn't able to see his screen, only a dashboard interface with his device stats, etc. Are we missing an essential TeamViewer configuration setting? Thanks.
