We've used Teamviewer since version 6 but are moving on. The access control just isn't there and what is there is extremely tedious - policies, whitelists, etc. We manage thousands of machines (with dozens of groups) and have never got a good answer on how to do it except to purchase the next version.
Great product but just wish the user and device access management would catch up.
