Remote control Samsung Tablet

I am having hard time controlling my samsung tablet [SM-P600] from my MacBook.

I have installed Quick Support and samsung add-on, but I cannot use my mouse with the tablet. I can 'remote connect' to the tablet and use arrows on my laptop keyboard to control the device, but nothing happens when I click and/or hold. 

 

I was hoping someone can help me solve this problem.

Thanks for your post and welcome to the Community!

Sorry you are having trouble using your mouse on your MacBook to control your Android tablet.

It sounds like you have correct set up using the Samsung Quick Support on the Android connecting from the TeamViewer App on your MacBook.

I was able to test the scenario you described using a MacBook Pro OS Sierra connecting to both a Samsung Galaxy S6 and a Samsung tablet [GT-N8013].

With both Android devices I was able to connect from the MacBook Pro and control using an external mouse with no problems.

I was also able to control the Android tablet using the arrow keypad on the MacBook as you described.

I would say just ensure that your TeamViewer App on your MacBook  is on the latest version of TeamViewer 12 which is version 12.0.72647.
