No control available, only screen share

I am using Teamviewer host on my Sony G8441 smartphone. I can see the phone screen from my computer, but I cannot control it. I gave admin rights and all rights I could to the host app on android, but it is still not working.

I have also the same problem with a Sony G8141 in Android 7.1.1 version : I added Quicksupport in 'Device administrators' list but it seems that there is no dedicated operation added.

Is it a general problem on Sony mobiles ? I didn't find any Quicksupport 'Add-on' dedicated to Sony in the Play Store.
