TEAMVIEWER SERVICE Not working

there are NUMEROUS tickets about this issue with Windows 10 . 

i installed TV12 and it never worked. every time i rebooted the computer (which is not often) the TV service would not start. 

Now it is NOT EVEN AVAILABLE - the service TeamViewer12 shows but no status. 

if i click it i get 

Windows was unable to open service Teamviewer 12 for reading on Local Computer. Error 1060: the specified service does not exist as an installed service. 

so i am going to completely uninstall and try TV13 

but this really **bleep**. i cant rely on TV if it will NOT START THE SERVICE

so installing TV13 and immediately get this error

cserviceconfiguration::InstallService(): CreateService failed,Errorcode=1072

and then 

The TeamViewer service could not be started. The installation will be continued

then when i click on the icon i get this erro

Faild to update TeamViewer service properties. 

so epic fail
